We aim to make your experience clear, comfortable, and stress-free from the very first visit.

Your initial visit will be an in-person evaluation lasting about 60 minutes. During this time, we will review your medical and psychiatric history, discuss your concerns, and create a personalized treatment plan.

Adults (18 years and older) $500 – 60-minute Initial Evaluation (in person) 

Children & Adolescents (6–17 years) $725 – 60-minute Initial Parent Evaluation (in person or virtual), followed by a 30-minute session with the child (in person)

Follow-Up Appointments (Adults & Children) $225 – Up to 30-minute follow-up appointment (in person or virtual)

Eisenman NP Psychiatry operates as an out-of-network provider. We do not bill insurance directly, but upon request we can provide a detailed superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Follow-up sessions typically last 20–30 minutes and may be conducted in person or via secure telehealth. These visits focus on monitoring progress, adjusting treatment as needed, and providing ongoing support.

We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Payment is required at the time of service.

Appointments canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice will not incur a fee. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments will be charged the full session fee.

 

Yes, after your initial in-person evaluation, follow-up appointments can be conducted virtually. You must be physically located in New York or New Jersey at the time of your appointment.

 

Our services focus on psychiatric evaluation and medication management. While we do not provide ongoing psychotherapy, we collaborate closely with therapists and can provide referrals if needed.
